Return & Refund Policy

• Courage For Life guarantees your satisfaction and offers you returns within 30 days of order receipt.
• To ensure that your returned merchandise is credited properly you must first contact Courage For Life to get authorization for return and/or refund.
• Packages without proper return authorization from Courage For Life will not be accepted. Items returned will be refunded to the credit card used.
• Defective merchandise must be returned with the original packaging.
• To return an item for any reason within 30 days of order receipt contact Courage For Life via the form on the Contact Us page.
• When you contact Courage For Life about your return, you should include your name, your order information, the reason for the return, and the list of the item(s) you wish to return.
• If Courage For Life authorizes the return of item(s), the item(s) must be packaged to ensure item(s) are not damaged during shipping, must enclose a copy of packing slip, must have sufficient postage to return ship to Courage For Life.
• Be sure to apply adequate postage.
• Courage For Life will issue a credit to your credit card after the package is received and examined to determine if the item(s) can be returned to Courage For Life inventory for use.
• All returns and billing questions must be resolved within 30 days of order receipt.
